Our standard charge for delivery to the UK is £4.99, and this would normally be for delivery within 2-3 working days.
We also have the option of express carriage at £10.00 for next working day delivery.
How do I track my order?
When goods are despatched you will receive an email confirmation which also contains tracking information.

What are your opening times?
The Outdoor Shop is currently open seven days a week.
During holiday periods, our opening times may vary so please double check by phone if you are making a long journey.

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to a number of European destinations as well as all of the UK.

What is your refund policy?
The Outdoor Shop Ltd offers a generous goodwill returns policy which is in addition to your legal rights.
When you return unwanted items, please provide proof of purchase. This is a receipt for items bought in store and your invoice for goods purchased online.

Items disappear from my Shopping Basket when I go to Checkout
If you have found a product via a search engine such as Google it is possible the product page was a cached page on Google rather than our own live website and we may be out of stock on the item you require.
To be certain we have the product you require visit our site directly at www.theoutdoorshop.com and use either the search facility or product menus to locate the item, our site only shows items that are in stock.
What do we mean by Clearance?
Goods featured within the Clearance section of the website will either be reduced to clear, such as discontinued lines or colours or they will be specials we've obtained from our suppliers on one-off deals for a limited period.
