Our Returns Policy
60 Day Returns - Shop with Complete Confidence
We know that it can be difficult to get things right first time and that items in the wrong size or colour can be a disappointment. With this in mind we have amended our returns policy to make it as easy as possible to return items to us, for exchange or refund.
Our 60 Days returns policy means that if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us at your cost, in a new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase, complete with all packaging (clothing must have labels attached and boots must be in original box) and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price on the item.
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size or colour, we would ask that you return the items to us as soon as possible and within 60 days. A returns form will accompany your original order.
An additional charge of £4.99 will be made to cover handling and return carriage on exchanges under £75.00 in value on UK orders. For any overseas exchanges return carriage will be charged at our standard rate for that country.
Please ensure you obtain proof of posting when returning goods for both refunds and exchanges as we cannot be liable for any items that go missing in transit. For items over £75.00 we would recommend using a signed service to ensure sufficient insurance cover. Your local post office will be able to advise. For large items such as tents we can arrange courier collections on your behalf. A charge will be made for this service.

What do we mean by New and Unused Condition?
For us to be able to process any return or exchange, under our 60 Day Returns policy, the items need to be in the same condition they were supplied to you in. Items must have the following:
- Their original labels and tags, ideally still attached.
- Boxes and packaging as supplied by the manufacturer.
- All parts, instruction leaflets, spares and components present.
Items must not:
- Be dirty, soiled or wet.
- Have been worn outdoors, or for prolonged periods inside.
- Be marked, damaged or scratched.
Returning damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
We aim to get things right first time, but occasionally things do go wrong. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty you can return it for a full refund including any carriage costs or free of charge exchange. If an item is received that does not match our website’s specification you can return it for a full refund including return carriage up to £7.50.
Consumer Contracts Regulations.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.
You must inform us of the cancellation of contract in writing, either by letter, fax or email.
A telephone call is not sufficient.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned promptly at your cost to us or in the case of heavy items, collection arrangements made.
If you have paid a standard delivery charge this will also be returned but if you are returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. Any enhancements to delivery services are not refundable.

The Regulations do not apply to orders placed in store, made to order items, made to measure items, food, and computer software.
